We have been living for almost 2 years in Germany, in a wonderful city: Munich. Munich is the capital of Bavaria, the richest and most beautiful state of Germany. It's name comes from the formerly settlement (11-th century) of christian monks ("at monks" or "bei den Mönchen" in German). There are a lot of touristic points of interest in Munich and many people know this city as the "capital" of Oktoberfest, the biggest beer festival which is held hier every year at the end of September - beginning of Oktober. If you are wondering about the strange familly name on top of the page - well, this is a romanian one. We are comming from Romania, a country in the south-eastern Europe for those who don't have a Geography book at hand. Romania is the place that was our home for 30 years, there we grew-up, there our parents live,there we have a lot of friends. We are not objective when saying that Romania is the most beautiful country on the Earth, but that is our feeling. Visit this country if you have the occasion, you will not regret the time spent with wonderful romanian people. I put here a link if you want to have a look at a piece of Romania.
